Basically, you think and act like you're better than you actually are — and possibly even better than other people. With that kind of definition, who in their right mind would admit to being arrogant? I would — solely because I want to publish a novel one day. Here was a dragon that all other dragons feared . It wasn't like a normal dragon as it looked like it had some biomechanical enhancements to it .
